There is not a fee to be a vendor at National Night Out (NNO). If you would like to participate. simply fill out the application below, or mail a paper form to:

VENDOR INFORMATION:

 

Location of the event: Chartley Shopping Center (in front of 144 Chartley Drive), Reisterstown, MD.

​

The National Night Out committee recognizes the important role you play in making this a success and offers your organization a booth which includes a table and two chairs (unless otherwise requested and are provided on a first come, first serve basis).

​

• You may choose below to either have a 10 foot wide x 10 foot deep   - or -   10 foot wide x 5 foot deep booth space.

• Booths are to be set up between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm and someone should be in the booth from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

• You may bring a 10’ x 10’ canopy tent to cover your space. Canopy tents are NOT provided.

• There is NO PARKING in the National Night Out site. Cars may be parked in adjacent parking lots in front of Brick Bodies or on Chartley Drive.

• Sales of products, services, raffle tickets or food are prohibited. Donations may be accepted.

• The use of portable generators is prohibited.

• NEW IN 2025-We will host a Vendor Meeting via Zoom in July to answer questions as you prepare for the event.

 

There will be a limited number of spaces available. You will be notified when your application is approved and will be assigned a space number.
